This hook is designed to go on all racks with L-slot systems. Hook can be built in reverse to fit on out side of the rack Hooks can be built 2.5? narrower on the hook catch to allow wide grip on Olympic bars. Bar Catch (or hooks) are self-locking on to the L-slot plates. Hooks are removed by lifting up 2? and then pulled out in a horizontal motion to release from the L-slot plate and from around the upright. Put on in the reverse manner. The cam follower enables the bar to be centered on the rack with a twist and pull of the user's wrist even when bar is loaded heavy.
