This vital appliance provides a critical, finishing touch to the cleaning process and at Miele, it's also revolutionary. Lifelong Drying. All Miele tumble dryers have a design life of more then 5,000 cycles. With an average of 5 loads a week, this is equivalent to a 20-year life expectancy. With genius detail, Miele's unique filtration system helps elongate the life of your tumble dryer. Three separate filters remove lint and other objects from the circulating air. This protects the motor and prevents the lint from returning to the laundry. The large lint filter is easily accessible on the door of the tumble dryer and requires regular cleaning. If, for some reason, the filter becomes blocked, an indicator light alerts you and if necessary, the dryer will stopthe program automatically to prevent damage to your clothes and the machine. Technology at Work for you. All Miele tumble dryers utilize advanced electronic controls. An on-board microprocessor monitors everything from moisture air levels to drying temperatures making adjustments when needed. This technology is useful when considering that Miele tumble dryers offer eight programs and six moisture settings. A Unique Solution. In all cases, the best and most effective way for a dryer to operate is with an external vent. However a vent is not always practical or possible, especially in high-rise buildings or awkward spaces. For these situations, Miele has an excellent alternative, the condenser dryer. A condenser dryer takes the moist air released from your laundry and mixes it with cool air. This process returns the moisture to water, which is either collected in a container or pumped away to a drain line. Miele condenser dryers are so effective and well sealed that very little moisture escapes from the system. Additionally, this design allows the condenser dryer to go just about anywhere: a closet, bathroom, kitchen, or, of course, a laundry room. As a matter of fact, Miele dryers have the lowest moisture loss of any condenser dryer on the market. Belgian Boy was created by the mayor of Old Brussels, Belgium whose son had wandered off into the forest. He was sculpted just as he was found. Three elements are required for installation: The fountain sculpture... is plumbed with copper tubing with a hose barb welded to the tubing at the bottom of the sculpture. The receptacle to hold water... can beof any non-pours material large enough to receive the water emitting from the fountain sculpture. A submersible, recirculating pump... draws the water from the pump submerged in the receptacle through a plastic hose attached to the hose barb on the fountain sculpture. The water runs through the copper tubing inside the sculpture and flows back into the receptacle, thus providing a continuous flow of recirculating water. The pump's electrical cord is plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet. Receptacle to hold water & Recirculating Pump are not included with the fountain.
