In late 1998, realizing that the Internet could revolutionize the way consumers purchase luxury bath and kitchen products, HomeClick's founders launched a simple utilitarian site on Yahoo. The response was overwhelming. That's when they decided to get serious. Since then, the company has been expanding to offer more products for the home, creating an easy-to-navigate design, and hiring a knowledgeable, service-friendly staff to serve you better.

HomeClick's industry knowledge, manufacturing contacts and extensive inventory located in our 25,000-square-foot warehouse in Edison, New Jersey, has helped us become the leading and most-trusted virtual showroom for high-end products. A dedicated team of salespeople and design experts who understand your purchasing concerns is also always available to assist you.

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as any other warranty required by law. Each product description page includes the general warranty information for each manufacturer when you click on “Learn more about a Manufacturer”.

While we take measures to ensure that our web site reflects accurate product information and pricing, sometimes anerror can appear on the site. We are not responsible for misrepresentations or errors found on the site.

At HomeClick online store, we understand that you want the right products, at the right price, at the right time. Therefore, we have included the ability to request the lead time of any product featured on our web site.

Simply click the “inquire about product lead time” link on any product page. A window will pop up, with a form to be filled in. Select the color(s) you're interested in; complete the additional information and hit “send”. We will respond to your lead-time request as soon as possible.

Homeclick online store makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email stating more details within one business day. Items shipped by UPS Ground may take longer, depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask our Sales Representatives for shipping details when you place your order.

Because the majority of our products are special order, your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order. In order to clarify any confusion, this is because we place orders with the manufacturers on your behalf. Once we order the items, we are often unable to cancel or must return and pay a restocking fee. Therefore we consider this charge a "100% deposit".

We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at HomeClick online store, except for deliveries within New Jersey. New Jersey deliveries are charged 6% state sales tax which is calculated during checkout.
