Obviously we love modern design as much as the next person. But what about the person who prefers classic design? After nearly 100 years we thought it was time to reintroduce this American classic. The reasons why? A little bit of nostalgia for the good ole days of early Americana and ingenuity as well as a desperate need for a CD player and radio that didn’t clash violently with classic home décor. Remember the movie "Back to the Future"? The hero didn’t quite fit in when he got whisked back in time. If a portable CD player seemed out of place with the wild styles of the 1950’s just imagine what today’s stereo would look like in Victorian England. You get the idea. The interior has the appearance of the original right down to the built in lamps and tuner knobs. Now you can enjoy the look and feel of an original Edison design but with today’s modern convenience.
