The latest and greatest in suspension for the serious off-roader, new TJ Rock Ready Kits include 6" or 8" coils & sub-frame assembly with integrated transfer lowering kit! The re-engineered geometry of the suspension (with extending flex links) allows for only 1.5 degree of chamber/caster change through a "full cycle" of the 4-link suspension. Machined front bumper stop spacers prevent excessive axle travel, and extended drop pitman arm compensates for the lift - providing smooth & easy steering. The adjustable Flex Track Bar relocates the track bar to thetop of the axle - thereby reducing the track bar angle and eliminating bump steer. It has 24" of total travel. This track bar configuration works with some other manufacturer's kits, but it will not work w/straight sway bar end links. D.O.T. certified stainless steel braided & coated brake lines with HD off-road fittings are 50 states legal. Front double quick disconnect sway bar endlinks, rear disconnect sway bar links, a replacement H.D. steering stabilizer and rear bump stop spacers round out these superior kits. 8" system include an adjustable flex rear track bar - optional on 6" lift. |

Since the early 1960's, Con-Ferr has been producing heavy-duty replacement and lift shackles. Manufactured from 3/8" thick by 2" wide high strength steel. Ends have flame cut radiudes for added good looks. Shackle kits include grade 5 hardware or better with nylon lock nuts. All Con-Ferr shackles feature a heavy duty senter brace that is jig welded into place making a super strong 1 piece unit. All Con-Ferr shackles are electro gold-zinc plated for a durable hi-tech look. All shackles are sold in pairs. |
