The CST-1 has solved the age old problem of accurate short cycle timing. The only unit of it's kind designed specifically for the control of grow systems. Easy to set and operate. Solid state time counter with adjustable frequency and duration. The CST-1 function timer has many uses and only a few of them include: fogging or misting, spray stakes or drip system timing, air pumps, CO2 equipment and intake \ exhaust fan control. The CST-1 may be set for frequency and duration of timed events. Frequency is the time between the ''On'' and ''Off'' cycles. The frequency knob maybe set from 7 minutes to 8 hours. Set this for desired time between functions. Duration is the length of time that a specific function or condition must be maintained. Duration may be set from 5 seconds to 30 minutes. Reset feature allows function synchronizing with other system controls. Right side of timer operates short cycle ''On'' times and left side outlets are ''On'' when right side is ''Off''. This feature provides an interesting variety of timing combinations. Available with photo sensor to limit operation to daylight periods only (CST-1P) and\or built-in solenoid for emitter system timing (CST-1S). Operates on 110 VAC with 15 Amp switching capacity. |

This is Starwest's nitrogen-flushed double wall silverfoil pack. Used as an infusion, decoction, extract and external wash. Japanese honeysuckle is edible and medicinal. High in Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium, the leaves can be parboiled and eaten as a vegetable. The edible buds and flowers, made into a syrup or puddings. The entire plant has been used as an alternative medicine for thousands of years in Asia. The active constituents include calcium, elaidic-acid, hcn, inositol, linoleic-acid, lonicerin, luteolin, magnesium, myristic-acid, potassium, tannin, and zink. Some of this plant's complex chemistry is discussed in the experimental trials listed below. Honeysuckle is particularly good for upper respiratory tract infections. The stems and flowers are used together in infusion or decoction. The stems are used internally in the treatment of acute rheumatoid arthritis, mumps and hepatitis. Honeysuckle is alterative, antibacterial, antiinflammatory, antispasmodic, diuretic, febrifuge, and is also used to reduce blood pressure. Polyphenolic compounds isolated from Lonicera japonica inhibit human platelet activation and provide protection from cellular injury, and thus help maintain human vascular homeostasis. Experimentally, the flower extracts have been shown to lower blood cholesterol levels and are antibacterial, antiviral and tuberculostatic. Externally, the flowers are applied as a medicinal wash to skin inflammations, infectious rashes and sores.
