The Mushroom Bag contains just over 4 pounds of pre-cooked and pre-sterilized whole kernal corn. Mushroom Bags are not sold with mushroom spores or cultures. Applicable culture material must be purchased separately. The Primary Spawn Corn Formula bag is specifically designed for primary spawn generation. If you are seeking a Pre-sterilized Bag product for contained incubation and fruiting of mushrooms, please see our other Mushroom Bags. To use, unfold the Bag, allowing the extra material to stand straight up. Locate the small foam disk sealed and attached in a plastic housing near the base of the Bag. This disc is the self-healing injector site. Note: The disc will be covered by a small plastic shield. Do not attempt to remove the plastic covering the disc, you will inject through it. Sterilize a small section of the outside of theBag (on the plastic shield) directly over the foam disc with an alcohol soaked wipe. With the same alcohol soaked wipe, sterilize the needle on your culture syringe. Inoculate the pre-sterilized corn kernals with culture syringe solution by inserting the needle through the plastic shield and foam disc at the previously sterilized spot. Squirt 1-3cc of culture solution directly into the substrate material. DO NOT insert the needle through the white filter patch found near the top of the Bag. Return the inoculated bags back to the shipping box and place in a dark, warm location (species specific). Allow the bag to remain extended so gaseous exchange through the filter patch is not blocked. Because colonization will begin in the interior of the substrate material it may take between 10-14 days for you to notice the spreading of colonizing mycelium towards the outside of the Bag. Speed of colonization is directly affected by incubation temperatures, please check to make sure you are incubating the bag at the correct temperature for the species you are attempting to cultivate. Typical colonization time is between 21-30 days for most species and strains when incubated properly. Once fully colonized the corn kernal spawn may be used to inoculate other bulk mediums such as pasteurized straw, sawdust, hardwood blocks, etc. |

Garcinia Cambogia has been used for thousands of years in the Orient as a food supplement. It is used as an appetite suppressant and to inhibit the absorption and synthesis of fat, cholesterol and triglycerides. In other words, it is a dietary aid. Garcinia cambogia extract is the calcium salt of hydroxy citric acid, obtained from water extract of Garcinia cambogia fruit . It is non-toxic, tasteless, odorless powder and found to be an effective herbal medicine for controlling obesity and cholesterol by inhibiting lipogenesis in our body. Hydroxycitric acid (HCA) is a fruit extract with a chemical composition similar to citric acid (the primary acid in oranges and other citrus fruits). Preliminary research, based on laboratory experiments and animal research, suggests that HCA may be a useful weight loss aid. HCA has been demonstrated in the laboratory (but not yet in clinical trials with people) to reduce the conversion of carbohydrates into stored fat by inhibiting certain enzyme processes. One case report found that eating 1 gram of the fruit containing HCA before each meal resulted in the loss of 1 pound per day.
