The Battery Powered Mole & Gopher Repeller is designed to help repel burrowing rodents from your yard or garden. The Model 0675 is powered by 4 ''D'' cell batteries and features a built-in removeable ''digger tube'' that can be used to excavate rodent mounds and tunnels. The case is constructed of tough ABS plastic that resists exposure to the elements. Simply install the unit into existing rodent holes or mounds. This is Plum Flower brand's nitrogen-flushed vacuum pack. Plum Flower is one of the most distinguished herb houses in the world. Sulfur Free, Chlorine Free,Aluminum Phosphate Free. Sulfites are used to give herbs the appearance of freshness. As with dried fruit. un-sulfured herbs look different than those that are adulterated with preservatives. Herbs that are preservative free are more natural looking and are generally darker. The brightness of the herbs may be appealing, but it indicates the presence of harmful additives. Despite their appearance, unsulfured herbs are more fresh and safer than regular commercially available products. The use of sulfur, chlorine and aluminum phosphate was made unnecessary through the establishment of Plum Flower processing stations in China. Herb harvesters slice and process the herbs fresh, avoiding the need to rehydrate dried herbs later to process. This first step is crucial, as rehydration leads to decomposition and thus the need for preservatives. The herbs are then packed and the packages vacuum-packed, injected with nitrogen, and sealed. The nitrogen process combined with the lack of sulfur treatment inhibits the growth of anaerobic organisms, resulting in safer, higher quality herbs. After opening, store in a cool dry place. The facilities in Lanzhou and Guang Zhou, China, scientifically test each batch of herbs before, during and after the processing to make sure that all the active ingredients are present. Herbs are also tested to ensure that the formulas surpass all FDA guidelines regarding heavy metals. Those herbs exported to the U.S. are voluntarily submitted to the FDA for approval. Finally, batches are regularly sent out for quality control testing in third-party labs to double-ensure that Plum Flower products are 100% free of pharmaceuticals, preservatives and dyes. The Lanzhou and Guang Zhou factories are so clean, they are certified by the Australian Government’s Therapeutic Goods Administration (GMP). This is Starwest's nitrogen-flushed double wall silverfoil pack. English Breakfast combines top quality black teas from premier tea gardens. It blends bright Ceylon tea from Sri Lanka, malty Assam and smooth Nilgiri teas from India and full bodied Keemun from China. The result is a very distinctive, strong, rich tea. The major Black Tea types, from the traditional black tea evergeen (Camellia sinensis), classified according to processing method, include: fermented, or black, tea, producing an amber-coloured, full-flavoured beverage without bitterness; semi-fermented, or oolong, producing a slightly bitter, light brownish-green liquid; and unfermented, or green, tea, resulting in a mild, slightly bitter, pale greenish-yellow beverage. Tea contains only four calories per cup when consumed without added ingredients but is a source of several B-complex vitamins, including B2 and nicotinic acid. Caffeine is responsible for tea's stimulating effect. Flavour is produced by volatile oils, and astringency and colour by tannin. Teas are classified according to region of origin, as in China, Ceylon, Japanese, Indonesian, and African tea, or by smaller district, as in Darjeeling, Assam, and Nilgris from India, Uva and Dimbula from Sri Lanka, Keemun fromChi-men in China's Anhwei Province, and Enshu from Japan. This is pure, certified organic Sesame Seed oil. It can be used for cooking or as a carrier oil for essential oils. Vegetable oils make an excellent base in which to dilute essential oils for body care products. They are sometimes referred to as fixed oils because they are not as volatile (easy to evaporate) as essential oils. Sesame Seed Oil is a natural skin moisturizer, a good source of vegetable protein, rich in lecithin, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. It is also a good laxative. Other uses are for rheumatic conditions, eczema, psoriasis, or dry skin. Sesame oil is a traditional massage oil. Sesame Seed Oil has been used as a healing oil for thousands of years. Sesame oil is mentioned in the Vedas as excellent for humans. As nose drops, sniffed back into the sinuses, sesame seed oil has cured chronic sinusitis. As a throat gargle, it kills strep and other common cold bacteria. It helps sufferers of psoriasis and dry skin ailments. It has been successfully used in the hair of children to kill lice infestations. It is a useful natural UV protector. Used after exposure to wind or sun it will calm the burns. It nourishes and feeds the scalp to control dry scalp dandruff and to kill dandruff causing bacteria. Boswellia has attracted a lot of attention in the world medical community because it possesses anti-inflammatory action that is just as effective against most types of arthritis as most prescription medication, yet Boswellia does not have any side of the side effects. A type of frankincense, Boswellia serrata is a moderate to large branching tree found in India, Northern Africa, and the Middle East. Strips of bark are peeled away, yielding a gummy oleo-resin which contains oils, terpenoids, and gum. Extracts of this gummy exudate have been traditionally used in the Ayurvedic system of medicine as an anti-arthritic. These gumresins are also known as guggals. Research conducted in India found that an extract of Boswellia was more beneficial, less toxic, and more potent than the standard drug of choice for rheumatic disorders, Ketoprofen (benzoyl hydrotropic acid). Ketoprofen is preferred over other anti-inflammatories such as indomethacin, phenylbutazone or acetylsalicylic acid. Boswellic acids (BA) are believed to suppress the proliferating tissue found in the inflammed areas and also prevents the breakdown of connective tissue. Bronchial asthma was reduced in 70% of 40 patients treated with gum resin at 300 mg thrice daily for 6 weeks in a double-blind trial (Gupta 1998). Usage of NSAIDs declined 5.8% in the Boswellia group vs. 3.1% in the placebo group but no other benefit was noted in a study with 78 rheumatoid arthritis out-patients taking 9 tablets (3600 mg) Boswellia or placebo daily (Sander 1998) Ulcerative colitis (where leukotrienes have been implicated) was put into remission for 82% of the Boswellia gum resin (350 mg thrice daily) group vs. 75% of the sulfasalazine (1 g thrice daily) group after 6 weeks (Gupta 1997) Osteoarthritic pain and disability were reduced by a mixture of Withania somnifera roots, Boswellia serrata stem, Curcuma longa rhizomes and a zinc complex in a double-blind trial with 42 patients. |
