Shimrin Solid Color Bases(BC-25/26) are universal basecoats that may be cleared for a final finish or used as a base coat for Kandys or Pearls. Due to their unique chemistry make up, they may be top coated with either acrylic lacquer or urethane enamel. The use of these bases over non-House of Kolor products may lead to lifting. For best results, prime with KP-2CF or KP-21 (8501ZP)Epoxy Primers. |
