SHIMRIN Neons (NE) are universal base coats thatmay simply be cleared for a final finish, or used as a base coat for Kandys or Pearls. Due to their unique chemistry make-up, they may be top coated with either acrylic lacquer or urethane enamel. Neons are designed for high visual impact on racecar, boats,cycles, etc. Note: USE WITH DISCRETION!! Neons have limited lightfastness in the sun.
