SHIMRIN Neons (NE) are universal base coats that may simply be cleared for a final finish, or used as a base coat for Kandys or Pearls. Due to their unique chemistry make-up, they may be top coated with either acrylic lacquer orurethane enamel. Neons are designed for high visual impact on racecar, boats,cycles, etc. Note: USE WITH DISCRETION!! Neons have limited lightfastness in the sun. This kit includes both the (40008) Windshield Repair Kit and the (52030) Diamond Windshield Burr. Most stone chips and small breaks only penetrate the outer layer of the windshield. This kit repairs them with a unique resin that actually penetrates the inner layer. Not for use on radiating cracks. The diamond burr with 1/8" shank is used to make a precise hole in the glass so the resincan be more readily injected. |
